The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date (Execution of Services): February 19, 2027
• Contract End Date (Completion of Services): September 19, 2027
• Maintenance Contract Duration: 4 years, starting the day after the acceptance of the construction work.
• Key Milestones/Phases: The maintenance contract includes four annual maintenance services.

• Adherence to technical requirements for connection points, including voltage, current, short-circuit resistance, and protection classes.
• Compliance with valid DIN-VDE-Normen.
• Foundational use of execution and circuit diagrams.
• Adherence to all connection values (voltage, current, protection class, fusing) of PV components.
• Submission of manufacturer documentation.
• Provision of interfaces for communication and monitoring.
• Compliance with protection levels for overvoltage protection measures according to DIN VDE 0100-443/-534.
• Use of SPD Type 1-3 for overvoltage protection.
• Specification of cable and line types, including cross-sections, installation methods, mounting systems, and minimum distances.
• Adherence to fire protection regulations and project-specific fire protection concepts, including the mandatory use of non-combustible materials and tested penetrations, and the avoidance of spark-over.
• Network form TNS with 400/230 V and 50 Hz.
• Short-circuit current of 40 kA.
• Use of suitable damping for vibration-prone devices (inverters, fans, storage units).
• Adaptation of load-bearing capacity, fastening types, and drilling procedures to the mounting surface.
• A Battery Management System (BMS) compatible with high-voltage inverters.
• SMA - Energiemanager with integrated power measurement (1-3 phase, bidirectional) for indoor installation.
• Automatic forecast-based consumer control for self-consumption optimization via SMA - Energiemanager.
• Forecast-based individual action recommendations from SMA - Energiemanager.
• Connection to the local network via Ethernet interface for the monitoring portal (SMA - Energiemanager).
• Monitoring Portal certified according to ISO/IEC 27001, with server location in Germany (for SMA - Energiemanager).
• Measurement accuracy for SMA Energiemanager: IEC 61557-12 for integrated measurement device.
• Voltage measurement accuracy for SMA Energiemanager: ±0.5%.
• Current measurement accuracy for SMA Energiemanager: ±0.5%.
• Active power measurement accuracy: ±1.0%.
• Reactive power measurement accuracy: ±1.0%.
• Power factor measurement accuracy: ±1.0%.
• Maximum immission noise levels: 60dB (day, 7 am to 8 pm) / 45dB (night, 8 pm to 7 am), measured 50 cm in front of the open window of adjacent buildings.
• Use of a client-designated platform for digital data exchange.
• Plans to be delivered in PDF and DWG/DXF formats.
• Documents to be delivered in PDF/A format.
• Tables to be delivered in Excel or CSV format.
• Montage- und Werkplanung (assembly and workshop planning) to be carried out according to VDI 6026.
• Performance of tests that go beyond or deviate from DIN, VDE, or IEC norms.
