The vocational school campus in Neubrandenburg, RBB Neubrandenburg GeSoTec, has a school campus with various buildings on Sponholzer Straße. Building B is a school building constructed using industrial construction methods (former GDR standard project, wall construction WBS 70), with three storeys and a flat roof, and it was comprehensively renovated at the beginning of the 2010s. Building B will be extended taking the following aspects into account: - Extension of the school building with foyer areas, a cafeteria and a serving kitchen, including 4 classrooms as well as 2 group rooms - Creation of barrier-free access to the building (extension with lift over all storeys) - Checking and supplementing the necessary sanitary facilities, including the construction of a barrier-free WC The following essential services named below will be awarded in this lot: The construction work consists of the engineering and assembly planning, delivery, installation and handover ready for operation of the electrical engineering systems in connection with the extension of GeSoTec Building B in Neubrandenburg.
