TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor is to provide the following for the conversion and the extension: - Site setup, - Earthworks, - Concrete works, - Scaffolding works, - Masonry works, - Demolition works. New building schoolhouse The following gross floor areas (GFA) or floor heights will be constructed: - Ground floor approx. 550 m² - 1st floor approx. 550 m² - 2nd floor approx. 500 m² - Roof area approx. 700 m² - Ground floor ceiling height approx. 3.50 m - 1st floor ceiling height approx. 3.50 m New building cafeteria The following gross floor areas (GFA) or floor heights will be constructed: - Ground floor approx. 400 m² - Roof area approx. 400 m² - Ground floor ceiling height approx. 3.30 m The new building's structure has a cross/gable roof; the new cafeteria building has a flat roof, adjacent to an existing shed roof. The ground floor slab will be made from waterproof concrete (WU-Beton).
