TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contractor is to perform the following works for the conversion and the extension: - site setup, - earthworks, - concrete works, - scaffolding works, - masonry works, - demolition works. New school building The following gross floor areas (GFA) and storey heights will be constructed: - Ground floor approx. 550 m² - 1st upper floor approx. 550 m² - 2nd upper floor approx. 500 m² - Roof area approx. 700 m² - Ground floor storey height approx. 3.50 m - 1st upper floor storey height approx. 3.50 m New cafeteria building The following gross floor areas (GFA) and storey heights will be constructed: - Ground floor approx. 400 m² - Roof area approx. 400 m² - Ground floor storey height approx. 3.30 m The new building has a cross/gable roof, the new cafeteria building has a flat roof adjacent to an existing shed roof. The base slab of the ground floor will be made of waterproof concrete (WU concrete).
