TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contractor (AN) must provide, for the conversion and for the extension, the following: - site establishment, - earthworks, - concrete works, - scaffolding work, - bricklaying/masons’ work, - demolition work. New build of school building The following GFA figures and/or storey heights will be constructed: - ground floor approx. 550 m² - 1st floor approx. 550 m² - 2nd floor approx. 500 m² - roof area approx. 700 m² - ground floor storey height approx. 3.50 m - 1st floor storey height approx. 3.50 m New build of canteen The following GFA figures and/or storey heights will be constructed: - ground floor approx. 400 m² - roof area approx. 400 m² - ground floor storey height approx. 3.30 m The building of the new build has a cross-gable roof / pitched roof; the new build of the canteen has a flat roof adjacent to an existing lean-to roof. The ground floor slab is made of water-impermeable (WU) concrete.
