TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Gütersloh intends to extend the Janusz-Korczak-Comprehensive School at the site Schledebrückstraße 170 in 33334 Gütersloh by constructing an additional school building. The school is now being run permanently with six classes in Key Stage I and four classes in Key Stage II. The existing spatial capacities are therefore exhausted or exceeded. In order to cover the additional space requirement resulting from this, the existing school site is to be extended by a new build. With the extension new build, in particular additional teaching, differentiation, team, advisory and stay areas are to be created. The basis for the planning is the room and function programme specified by the contracting authority. This currently provides a usable teaching area of approximately 2,055 m² and three learning clusters for each six-class year group.
