TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Essen intends to construct a new school building at the site of the Leibniz-Gymnasium at Stankheitstraße 22 in 45326 Essen. For the area development, it is necessary to remove the buildings located on the site in a controlled manner and to completely demolish them. The buildings to be demolished (open-air hall, school pavilion and youth sports hall) are currently still in use, but will be decommissioned before construction begins.
