TENDER DESCRIPTION

To ensure all-day care for primary school children, for which there will be a legal entitlement as of 01.08.2026, conversions in the existing building and the construction of an extension at the Lütte School in Henstedt-Ulzburg are necessary to meet the changed and additional space requirements. The majority of the measure relates to the new extension building. The conversion share in the existing building (through connection between the existing building and the new building) is estimated at approximately 8%. The subject of the procurement procedure is the object planning of building and interiors according to § 34 HOAI. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the aforementioned scope of services and have implemented comparable projects in the past. A phased awarding is planned. The contractor is required to submit proposals that lead to simplification and improvement and/or cost reduction.
