TENDER DESCRIPTION

To ensure all-day care for primary school children, for which a legal entitlement exists from 01.08.2026, alterations to the existing building and the construction of an extension to the Lütte School in Henstedt-Ulzburg are required to meet the changed and additional space requirements. The majority of the measure relates to the new extension building. The alteration share in the existing building (due to the connection between existing building and new building) is estimated at approximately 9%. The subject of the procurement procedure are the equipment groups 1-8 of the specialist planning for technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the aforementioned service profile and have implemented comparable measures in the past. A phased awarding is planned. The contractor is obliged to submit proposals that simplify and improve and/or reduce costs. The goal is a collision-free and economical overall measure.
