TENDER DESCRIPTION

To ensure full-day care for primary school children, for which there will be a legal entitlement from 01.08.2026, modifications to the existing building and the extension of the Lütte School in Henstedt-Ulzburg are necessary to accommodate the changed and additional space requirements. The majority of the measure relates to the new extension building. The modification share in the existing building (through connection between existing building and new building) is estimated at approximately 9%. The subject of the procurement procedure is the equipment groups 1-8 of specialist planning for technical equipment pursuant to § 55 HOAI. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the aforementioned scope of services and have implemented comparable measures in the past. A stepwise commissioning is planned. The contractor is required to submit proposals that lead to simplification and improvement and/or cost reduction.
