TENDER DESCRIPTION

To ensure all-day care for primary school children, for which there is a legal entitlement from 01.08.2026, conversions in the existing building and an extension of the Lütte School in Henstedt-Ulzburg are necessary to meet the changed and additional space requirements. The majority of the measure relates to the new extension building. The conversion share in the existing building (through connection between existing building and new building) is estimated at about 8%. The subject of the procurement procedure is the specialist planning of structural engineering according to § 51 HOAI. For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition that cover the aforementioned service profile and have implemented comparable measures in the past. A staged commissioning is planned. The contractor is required to submit proposals that lead to simplification and improvement and/or cost reduction. The goal is a collision-free and economical overall measure. The preliminary cost estimates amount to a total of €3,905,520.00 gross (cost groups 300+400).
