TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Mayenbad clinic in Bad Waldsee with 164 rooms in the existing building is to be expanded by 42 patient rooms and two lift systems. For this purpose, there has been a necessary feasibility study regarding functionality, costs and the possibility of funding by the architectural firm ST bauplan, which was completed with service phase LP 2 (preliminary design) in order to obtain a qualified cost estimate. The study provides for an 8-storey extension of the existing building and, under the circumstances of time-critical urgency and ensuring operational processes within the company, such as the minimal burden on residents, establishes the basis for being able to implement the project at all, while giving careful consideration to ongoing clinic operations. Therefore, major deviations from the previous concept are only still possible if they are justified. The Mayenbad clinic can and will only initiate the project if the intended time frame for implementation can be ensured.
