TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender seeks to expand an existing Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) solution by establishing a second, independent cluster location in RZ1, connected via synchronous mirroring and a Witness-Server, thereby enhancing fault tolerance and adding GPU-accelerated computing capacity. The comprehensive scope includes the delivery of four new GPU-accelerated Nutanix NX-Series nodes, expansion of existing Nutanix NCI Ultimate and NCM Starter software licensing for 60 months, installation of a Witness Server and data center switches in RZ1, physical relocation of existing nodes with data migration, synchronous cluster coupling configuration, comprehensive project management, and 60 months of 24/7 system service. TENDER BRIEF
The contract begins on the day of the award, which is expected to be in October 2026. The complete solution, including the completion and acceptance of the overall system, must be finished by May 31, 2027. Following the acceptance of the overall system, the system service and the provision of standard software will run for a duration of 60 months. A detailed schedule and performance plan, including any milestones, will be coordinated between the parties as part of the detailed concept (Appendix 1, Section 5.3 a) and will be added as an annex to the contract.
