TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Glinde intends to construct an extension new build with approx. 4,500 m² GFA on the existing premises of the Glinde School Centre. The background is the additional space requirement identified within the framework of school development planning, as well as the requirements for contemporary educational use. The existing school building also has a significant need for renovation, in particular with regard to hazardous substances and fire protection. For the extension building, a service phase 0 to determine the space needs and a feasibility study were carried out. On this basis, the spatial and functional requirements as well as the fundamental plan implementation feasibility were examined. For the extension new build, a cumulative award of planning and construction services to a total contractor/total provider (TU/TÜ) is planned. The objectives are in particular a high level of cost and schedule certainty, as well as economical implementation with quality assurance.
