TENDER DESCRIPTION

The city of Riedenburg intends to comprehensively extend and renovate the primary and secondary school to meet today's and future requirements for a modern school operation. In addition to the structural and technical renewal of the existing buildings, additional areas are to be created that correspond to the increasing pedagogical and legal requirements. The implementation of the overall measure is planned in three construction phases. This approach allows the school operation to be largely maintained during the construction period and the measure to be implemented economically and organizationally sensibly. Particular importance is attached to the first construction phase. This includes the rooms required to implement the legal entitlement to all-day care and must be completed, usable, and settled by the start of the 2029/2030 school year at the latest. Only in this way can it be ensured that the legal requirements are met on time and a demand-oriented care offer for the pupils can be provided.
