TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Riedenburg intends to comprehensively extend and refurbish the primary and secondary school in order to meet today’s and future requirements for modern school operations. In addition to structural and technical renewal of the existing facilities, additional areas are to be created that meet the increasing educational and statutory requirements. The implementation of the overall project is planned in three construction phases. With this approach, school operations can be maintained largely during the construction period, and the measure can be implemented in an economically and organizationally sensible manner. Particular importance is attached to the first construction phase. This includes the rooms required for implementing the statutory entitlement to all-day childcare and must, without fail, be completed, usable and invoiced by the start of the school year 2029/2030. Only in this way can it be ensured that the statutory requirements are met on time and that a needs-based childcare offering can be provided for the students.
