TENDER DESCRIPTION

Fire Alarm System The service includes the supply, installation, commissioning, and programming of a fire alarm system with full protection (Category 1) including fire detectors, manual call points, acoustic alarms, and fire brigade equipment. The system shall be implemented according to DIN 14675 and DIN VDE 0833, including fire brigade connection, control of ventilation systems, and elevator control in case of fire. Voice Alarm System The service includes the supply, installation, commissioning, and programming of a voice alarm system including loudspeakers for alerting. The system shall be carried out according to DIN VDE 0833 and Safety Level 2. The STI factor is not considered, as the alerting takes place via DIN tone. Automatic activation by the fire alarm control panel (FACP), as well as the connection for operational announcements, active shooter alarm, and events, are to be provided next to the fire brigade intercom at the main entrance. A full-area alerting indoors and outdoors is to be provided. Emergency Hazard Response System (NGRS) The intended emergency hazard response system will be installed at Security Level 2.
