TENDER DESCRIPTION

Fire Alarm System The service includes the delivery, installation, commissioning, and programming of a fire alarm system with full protection (Category 1) including fire detectors, manual call points, acoustic alarm, and fire brigade facilities. The system shall be executed according to DIN 14675 and DIN VDE 0833, including fire brigade connection, control of ventilation systems, and elevator control in the event of fire. Voice Alarm System The service includes the delivery, installation, commissioning, and programming of a voice alarm system including loudspeakers for alerting. The system shall be executed according to DIN VDE 0833 and safety level 2. The STI factor is not considered since the alarm is transmitted via DIN tone. An automatic activation by the fire alarm control panel (BMZ), as well as connection for operational announcements, run/amok alarm, and events, shall be provided next to the fire brigade communication point at the main entrance.
