TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract to be awarded is building layout planning services pursuant to § 34 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI (2021) for the extension and refurbishment of the Breitenbach day-care center. The measure includes the planning and implementation • of an extension new build and • the subsequent refurbishment and functional adaptation of the existing building. The planning is carried out under the special conditions of building operations while the facility is in use. The day-care center is to be designed in future to meet a requirement of approximately 80 places in four groups. This results in additional space requirements, which are to be covered by an extension building. The planning is based on the existing documentation available as well as the status report. The extension building is intended to have a gross floor area of approximately 500 m². The existing building is a two-storey load-bearing masonry building with partial basements. The roof was renewed in 2021. A central ventilation system is available and is to be integrated into the planning as part of the extension. Overall, the building is in a condition that is partly in need of modernization.
