TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is the provision of planning services for structural engineering planning (§ 51 HOAI, service phases 1-6 including calculation of earthquake safety in accordance with DIN EN 1998 (Eurocode 8), DIN 4149) as well as the acceptance of structural performance LPH 8 as a special service, and the services of building physics/energy consulting service phases 1-8 Appendix 1, item 1 1.2.1 HOAI). From an energy perspective, the extension building and the conversion are to be planned and executed as a climate-friendly non-residential building (KFN) meeting the requirements for an efficiency building 55. Furthermore, the provisions for non-residential buildings under the responsibility of public entities are to be generally observed and complied with in accordance with the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG). The measure is carried out due to the overall inadequate condition of the building fabric as well as the current requirements for fire protection.
