TENDER DESCRIPTION
The municipality of Fronreute intends, by means of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition, to award specialist planning HLS (HOAI service phases 1-9) for the extension and renovation of the town hall in Fronreute. The assignment is intended to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, HOAI service phases 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends, if planning and execution of the construction measure are continued, to call off further HOAI service phases (5-9). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the assignment to individual service phases or partial services of individual service phases, or to individual sections of the construction measure.
