TENDER DESCRIPTION
The municipality of Fronreute intends, by means of a negotiated procedure with a participation competition, to award the structural engineering planning (LPH 1-6) pursuant to Section 51(1) HOAI 2021 for the extension and refurbishment of the town hall in Fronreute. The assignment is intended to be carried out in stages. In the first stage, LPH 1-4 are to be commissioned. The contracting authority intends, upon continuation of the planning and construction works, to call off further LPH (5-6). The contracting authority reserves the right to limit the assignment to individual service phases or partial services of individual service phases, or to individual sections of the construction measure.
