TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the renovation, all sanitary pipework will be newly installed from the service connection. In the sanitary area, the WC facilities for ladies, gentlemen and staff will be equipped with cold water. The kitchen and the accessible WC will additionally receive hot water supply via instantaneous water heaters. All draw-off points, with the exception of the classroom fittings, will be fitted with automated fittings, which are to be programmed so that flushing at the end points is triggered every 72 hours. In the classrooms, wall-mounted cold-water taps will be installed, which are connected directly to a ring main. In addition, flushing stations will be installed at the end of the domestic hot/cold water network, each of which replaces the water in the network every 72 hours.
