TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the location Schwarzwaldstr. 4 of the Nikolaus-Kopernikus Primary and Secondary Technical School Hügelsheim, a two-story new building of a cafeteria with care rooms is to be constructed. The cafeteria and lunch operation is planned on the ground floor. On the upper floor, rooms will be set up for the care of schoolchildren. The existing school building was constructed in 1989/1990. Currently, the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4 are not sufficient to accommodate all primary school classes from grades 1 to 4. Therefore, grades 3 and 4 are accommodated for capacity reasons at the location of the Secondary Technical School at Ontario Str. 16. Classrooms in the existing school building Schwarzwaldstr. 4 have been converted into rooms for care and a cafeteria operation. With the planned new building, all primary school classes will again be cared for and taught at one location. After completion of the new building, the conversion of the existing building with an update of fire protection is necessary so that in the future all grade levels can be taught and cared for in the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4.
