TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the Schwarzwaldstr. 4 location of the Nikolaus-Kopernikus Primary and Werkrealschule Hügelsheim, a two-storey new building of a cafeteria with care rooms is to be constructed. The cafeteria and lunch operation is planned on the ground floor. On the upper floor, rooms for the care of the schoolchildren will be set up. The existing school building was constructed in 1989/1990. Currently, the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4 are insufficient to accommodate all primary school classes 1 to 4. For capacity reasons, grades 3 and 4 are therefore housed at the Werkrealschule location at Ontario Str. 16. In the existing school building Schwarzwaldstr. 4, classrooms were converted into rooms for care and cafeteria operations. With the planned new building, all primary school classes are to be cared for and taught again at one location. After completion of the new building, the conversion of the existing building with an update of the fire protection is necessary so that in the future all grades can be taught and cared for in the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4.
