TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the Schwarzwaldstr. 4 location of the Nikolaus-Kopernikus Primary and Werkrealschule Hügelsheim, a two-story new building of a canteen with care rooms is to be constructed. The canteen and lunch operation is planned on the ground floor. On the upper floor, rooms will be set up for supervising the schoolchildren. The existing school building was constructed in 1989/1990. Currently, the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4 are insufficient to accommodate all primary school classes 1 to 4. For capacity reasons, grades 3 and 4 are therefore accommodated at the Werkrealschule location at Ontario Str. 16. In the existing school building Schwarzwaldstr. 4, classrooms have been converted into rooms for care and a canteen operation. With the planned new building, all primary school classes will again be cared for and taught at one location. After the completion of the new building, the conversion of the existing building with an update of the fire protection is required so that in the future all grade levels can be taught and cared for in the premises at Schwarzwaldstr. 4.
