TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the site Schwarzwaldstr. 4 of the Nikolaus-Kopernikus Primary and Werkrealschule Hügelsheim, a two-storey new building of a cafeteria with care rooms is to be constructed. The cafeteria and lunch operation is planned on the ground floor. The upper floor will accommodate rooms for the care of schoolchildren. The existing school building was constructed in 1989/1990. Currently, the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4 are not sufficient to accommodate all primary school classes 1 to 4. For capacity reasons, grades 3 and 4 are therefore housed at the Werkrealschule site at Ontario Str. 16. In the existing school building at Schwarzwaldstr. 4, classrooms have been converted into rooms for care and cafeteria operations. With the planned new building, all primary school classes are to be cared for and taught again at one site. After completion of the new building, the conversion of the existing building with an update of the fire protection is required, so that in the future all grade levels can be taught and cared for in the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4.
