TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the location Schwarzwaldstr. 4 of the Nikolaus-Kopernikus Primary and Secondary Modern School Hügelsheim, a two-story new building for a canteen with childcare rooms is to be constructed. The canteen and lunch operations are planned on the ground floor. On the upper floor, rooms for the care of schoolchildren will be established. The existing school building was constructed in 1989/1990. Currently, the rooms at Schwarzwaldstr. 4 are not sufficient to accommodate all primary school classes 1 to 4. For capacity reasons, grades 3 and 4 are therefore housed at the location of the secondary modern school at Ontario Str. 16. In the existing school building at Schwarzwaldstr. 4, classrooms were converted into rooms for care and canteen operation. With the planned new building, all primary school classes will be cared for and taught at one location again. After completion of the new building, renovation of the existing building with updating of the fire protection is necessary so that in the future all grades can be taught and cared for on the premises at Schwarzwaldstr. 4.
