TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the location Schwarzwaldstr. 4 of the Nikolaus-Kopernikus Primary and Werkrealschule Hügelsheim, a two-story new building of a cafeteria with care rooms is to be constructed. The cafeteria and lunch operation is planned on the ground floor. On the upper floor, rooms will be set up for supervising the schoolchildren. The existing school building was erected in 1989/1990. Currently, the premises at Schwarzwaldstr. 4 are not sufficient to accommodate all primary school classes from grades 1 to 4. Therefore, grades 3 and 4 are accommodated at the Werkrealschule location at Ontario Str. 16 due to capacity reasons. In the existing school building at Schwarzwaldstr. 4, classrooms were converted into rooms for care and cafeteria operation. With the planned new building, all primary school classes are intended to be supervised and taught again at one location. After completion of the new building, the conversion of the existing building with an update to the fire protection measures is required so that in the future all grade levels can be taught and supervised in the premises at Schwarzwaldstr. 4.
