TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen, consisting of the Ilm-Kreis and the Wart-burgkreis, intends to comprehensively modernize and expand its main site in Eisenach. The Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen is located at the address "An der Feuerwache 6" in 99817 Eisenach. The existing building was erected in 1986 as a solid construction building (Massivbau) according to the building standards of the former GDR and has three upper floors and a basement floor. The Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen is currently housed on the 1st upper floor of the building used jointly with the Berufsfeuerwehr Eisenach. Due to the increased functional, technical and operational requirements for a modern central control center, comprehensive structural and technical modernization of the existing site is required.
