TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen, consisting of Ilm-Kreis and Wart-burgkreis, intends the comprehensive modernisation and extension of its main site in Eisenach. The Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen is located on the street "An der Feuerwache 6" in 99817 Eisenach. The existing building was constructed in 1986 as a solid construction building (Massivbau) according to the building standards in force at the time in the former GDR, and it has three upper floors as well as a basement level. The Zentrale Leitstelle Westthüringen is currently housed on the 1st upper floor of the building jointly used with the Berufsfeuerwehr Eisenach. Due to the increased functional, technical and operational requirements for a modern central control centre, comprehensive structural and technical modernisation of the existing site is required.
