TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction work for the extension and modernization of the Wendelinusschool, Petersberg-Steinau. The works to be awarded include the following services for the new construction of a school building for full-day care, auditorium and cafeteria areas and specialized classrooms (building structure D): - Timber construction (external and internal walls, roof structure pitched roof), - Roofing and sheet metal work (attic insulation, substructure, zinc sheet standing-seam roof covering as well as roof drainage, sealing work for ground slab and floor-to-ceiling windows) - Window construction works (wooden window elements with opening sashes partly with fixed glazing and doors, wooden frame exterior door element with fixed glazing, aluminium cladding for window reveals) - Façade works (ventilated timber façade as board lining on the ground/sill) as well as roofing contractor works in the existing school building/administration building (building structure A) in the area of the new lift shaft.
