As part of the external works, the following work is essentially to be carried out: approx. 2,800 m³ excavation of subgrade for roads and paths; approx. 9,700 m² site grading and profiling; approx. 2,100 m³ topsoil supply, placing and spreading; approx. 4,200 m³ crushed stone base course; approx. 4,800 m² asphalt base course; approx. 4,800 m² asphalt wearing course; approx. 2,300 m² paving areas with concrete paving blocks; approx. 500 m² paving areas with permeable concrete paving blocks; approx. 160 m kerb edging with granite paving stones; approx. 1,100 m kerb edging with concrete paving stones; approx. 1,200 m kerb edging with concrete edging strips; approx. 600 m² bituminous road surface breaking (removal); approx. 200 m² paving area breaking (removal); approx. 400 m demolition of kerb edging; approx. 600 m³ pipe trench excavation for pipelines; 15 pieces gullies including connecting pipes; 50 m drainage channel, class D; 55 pieces adjustment of manholes and manhole covers; 25 pieces adjustment of sluice and hydrant caps; approx. 280 m drainage pipelines DN 100 – DN 200; approx. 120 m² excavation for foundations and small structures; 35 m³ reinforced concrete for foundations…
