TENDER DESCRIPTION
Project: Extension new build of the Zeppelin Secondary School Singen opposite the existing school building The measure is funded from the "Kommunaler Sanierungsfond for the renovation of school buildings" and from the "Startchancenprogramm" of the state. Extension building: three-storey, above-basement timber construction building with solid core. Surrounding escape and maintenance balconies made of grating panels with suspended net fabrics, which are partially installed with vegetation. The extension building will house - Mensa (dining hall, serving and dishwashing kitchen) - Technology teaching rooms with associated machine room - MINT rooms (biology, chemistry and physics) - 4 classrooms - Corridors and the required ancillary and technical rooms - Ventilation system for flat roof as so-called retention roof and on-raised PV installation, media connection via the existing school building.
