TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project: Extension new-build of Zeppelin Secondary School Singen opposite the existing school building. The measure is funded from the "Municipal Refurbishment Fund for the Refurbishment of School Buildings" and from the State's "Start Chances Programme". Extension building: three-storey, above-ground timber construction building with a solid core. Perimeter escape and maintenance balconies made of grid decking with externally hung mesh fabrics, which are partially provided with greenery. The extension building will house - a cafeteria (dining hall, serving and washing-up kitchen) - technical teaching rooms with associated machine room - MINT rooms (biology, chemistry and physics) - 4 classrooms - corridors and the required ancillary and technical rooms - ventilation system: flat roof ventilation unit as a so-called retention roof and an elevated PV system; media connections via the existing school building.
