TENDER DESCRIPTION
Project: New extension building of the Zeppelin Secondary School Singen opposite the existing school building. The measure is funded by the "Municipal Renovation Fund for the Renovation of School Buildings" and the state's "Starting Opportunities Program." Extension building: three-storey, non-basement timber construction building with solid core. Continuous escape and maintenance balconies made of grating with suspended mesh fabrics, partially greened. The extension building will house - Cafeteria (dining room, serving and dishwashing kitchen) - Technical classrooms with associated machine room - STEM rooms (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) - 4 classrooms - Corridors and necessary ancillary and technical rooms - Ventilation system Flat roof as so-called retention roof and raised PV system, media connection via the existing school building.
