TENDER DESCRIPTION

Project: Extension new building of the Zeppelin Secondary School Singen opposite the existing school building. The measure is funded from the "Municipal Renovation Fund for the Renovation of School Buildings" and from the state's "Startchances Program." Extension building: three-story, non-basement wooden building with a solid core. Surrounding escape and maintenance balconies made of grating panels with suspended mesh fabrics, which are partially greened. The extension building houses - cafeteria (dining hall, serving and dishwashing kitchen) - technical classrooms with associated machine room - STEM rooms (biology, chemistry, and physics) - 4 classrooms - corridors and required ancillary and technical rooms - ventilation system flat roof as a so-called retention roof and elevated PV system, media connection via the existing school building.
