TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract are services of the service specification building object planning according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI of HOAI 2021, service phases 5 – 9 for the extension building of the daycare center under the sponsorship of the Kindergarten Association Höchstenbach in Höchstenbach. For the client's objectives at the time of contract conclusion (planning and supervision objectives within the meaning of § 650p para. 2 BGB) the following minimum requirements are defined – in the sense of a work contract agreement on the quality: The room program as well as all requirements in legal and technical terms are described in detail in the planning documents attached as an annex and form part of this invitation to tender. The extension building of the daycare center shall be planned and executed as an energy-efficient climate-friendly non-residential building (KFN) fulfilling the requirements of an efficiency building 55. Furthermore, the regulations for non-residential buildings under the sponsorship of the public sector according to the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG) must generally be observed and complied with.
