TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this contract are services of service phases 5 – 9 of the service profile technical building equipment according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, equipment groups 1 to 5 and 7.1 (kitchen) for the extension building of the daycare center in Höchstenbach. As objectives of the client at the time of contract conclusion (planning and monitoring objectives within the meaning of § 650p para. 2 BGB), the following minimum requirements are defined – in the sense of a contractual quality agreement: A. Room program The room program as well as all requirements for execution are defined by the already available approved planning pursuant to the planning documents attached as an annex. This forms part of the contract. B. Technical aspects: The extension building of the KiTa shall be planned and executed energetically as a climate-friendly non-residential building (KFN) fulfilling the requirements of an efficiency building 55. Furthermore, the regulations for non-residential buildings operated by public authorities according to the Building Energy Act (GEG) and the Renewable Energies Heat Act (EEWärmeG) must generally be observed and complied with.
