TENDER DESCRIPTION
The object planner assumes the basic services for object planning for outdoor areas in accordance with the service profile of § 39 HOAI. The services to be provided by the specialist planner are based on the service profiles of HOAI 2021. The object planning for outdoor areas must provide the following basic services: - § 39 HOAI, object planning for outdoor areas (performance phases 1-9) No special services will be awarded. The detailed requirements for the scope of services (performance target) of the object planner for the basic services are set out in the service description (A.4), which is also provided as tender document via the tender portal.
