TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK is expanding its education center in Homberg/Ohm with a new building (P-I-C), which will be connected to the existing building BTA via a transition building. The central main building remains in place as the main entrance; the extension will be carried out in the westward direction. In addition, the BTA will also be extended in the southern area. Before the new construction work begins, it is mandatory to carry out structural strengthening measures in the UG and EG floors of the existing BTA building. Only after that will strip-out, deconstruction and demolition work be carried out in these areas. During the entire construction period, operation will continue in the upper floors (OG and DG) of the BTA. The technical building equipment as well as the fire alarm system will remain in continuous operation and must be taken into account for all work, especially in the area of the doors. Any necessary coordination, e.g. regarding shutdowns, must be carried out with the operator.
