TENDER DESCRIPTION

AOK is expanding its education center in Homberg/Ohm with a new building (P-I-C), which is connected via a connecting structure to the existing building BTA. The central main building remains in place as the main entrance; the extension is carried out in the western direction. In addition, the BTA is extended in the southern area. Before the new construction work begins, static strengthening measures must be carried out without fail in the UG and EG floors of the existing BTA building. Only after this are stripping-out, dismantling, and demolition work to be carried out in these areas. During the entire construction period, operations remain ongoing in the upper floors (OG and DG) of the BTA. The building services equipment and the fire alarm system remain in operation continuously and must be taken into account in all work, in particular in the area of the doors. Necessary coordination, e.g. for shutdowns, must be carried out with the operator. Due to dismantling work, in particular in the area of the west gable facade, escape routes are temporarily unavailable.
