TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lichtenberg District Office intends, as part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive (BSO), to carry out the construction project “Extension, replacement new build and refurbishment of the schools and sports halls as well as renewal of the outdoor facilities” on the property of the school site Sandinostraße 8, 10, 13055 Berlin. This is an integrated measure affecting the entire school site in four construction phases, the sequence of which is described in a functional performance description. The scope of services includes planning services in accordance with HOAI (LPH 5 – implementation planning), workshop and installation planning, as well as all construction services.
