TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Lichtenberg District Office intends, within the framework of the Berlin School Construction Offensive (BSO), to implement the construction project "Extension, replacement new construction and renovation of the schools and sports halls as well as renewal of the outdoor area" on the property of the school location Sandinostraße 8, 10, 13055 Berlin. This is a holistic measure concerning the entire school location in four construction phases, the sequence of which is described in a functional performance specification. The scope of services includes planning services according to HOAI (LPH 5 – detailed design), the work and installation planning as well as all construction services.
