TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district office of Lichtenberg intends to implement the construction project "Extension, replacement new construction and renovation of schools and sports halls as well as renewal of the outdoor facilities" on the site of the school location Sandinostraße 8, 10, 13055 Berlin as part of the Berlin school construction offensive (BSO). This is a holistic measure affecting the entire school location in four construction phases, the sequence of which is described in a functional performance specification. The scope of services includes planning services according to HOAI (service phase 5 - execution planning), the work and installation planning as well as all construction services.
