TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Magistrate of the City of Friedberg plans the construction of a new building for the volunteer fire department in Ockstadt. Building description The building consists of two parallel wings, which are slightly offset from each other. Each wing has a length of approximately 35.00 m and steps in height with approximately 7.0 m and 8.0 m respectively. The narrow sides of the wings face Friedberger Straße. The lower wing serves as a vehicle hall with house connection room, storage, and workshop. It has a width of about 12.50 m. The higher wing is two-storey and includes, with a width of about 14.00 m, changing rooms, training and common rooms, offices, and sanitary rooms. The hall and the adjacent ground floor of the two-storey wing receive a facade made of galvanized steel sheet panels. The upper floor visually differentiates itself with its cantilever and the vertically structured wooden facade. The elevator system with 2 stops is positioned in a concrete shaft. Unless otherwise regulated below, the provisions of the VOB, valid at the time of contract conclusion, apply.
