TENDER DESCRIPTION

LINOS-3 consists of a panel sample and a refreshment sample and is carried out as a multi-mode survey (CAPI, CAWI, PAPI). Respondents are typically in employment and are asked about their attitudes toward justice and working conditions. In addition to conventional item-based survey instruments, survey-experimental designs are also used. The survey of participants is conducted in the German language. The required scope of performance includes the creation and implementation of a GDPR-compliant data protection concept and the joint application (with the University of Bielefeld) for the use of social data pursuant to Section 75 of SGB X to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS). After approval by the BMAS has been granted, a data contract is concluded between the IAB, University of Bielefeld and the survey institute.
