És objecte d’aquest contracte, el subministrament d’un tractor nou sota la modalitat d’arrendament operatiu (rènting), per l’Ajuntament de Sils, i el seu manteniment associat durant la durada de l’arrendament, inclosa la despesa de matriculació del vehicle, l’assegurança així com tots els impostos que l’afectin, preparat per a circular i per desenvolupar les tasques necessari es per la Brigada municipal i les reparacions d’averies (mà d’obra i peces), en els termes que es descriuen al Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques Particulars (PPT).

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this contract is the supply of a new tractor under an operating lease arrangement (renting), for the Sils Town Council, and its associated maintenance during the term of the lease, including the cost of vehicle registration, insurance as well as all taxes that affect it, prepared to be roadworthy and to carry out the necessary tasks for the municipal Works Brigade, and repairs for breakdowns/accidents (labour and parts), on the terms described in the Specific Technical Prescriptions Document (Plec de Prescripcions Tècniques Particulars (PPT)).
