Es tracta d’un contracte de serveis consistent en la contractació del servei de delegat/da de protecció de dades i assessoria en matèria de protecció de dades personals de l’Ajuntament de la Ràpita. L’objecte primer d’aquest contracte de serveis és designar el/la delegat/da de protecció de dades (en endavant DPD). I, a banda d’aquesta obligació, també és necessari adequar l’Ajuntament com a mínim amb el compliment d’un seguit d’actuacions, que s’inclouen com a prestacions del contracte i que seran detallades al corresponent Plec de condicions tècniques.
