TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the ESF Federal Programme “Education, Economy, Work in the Neighbourhood – BIWAQ”, the Federal Ministry for Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB) grants funding for projects that link labour-market policy activities and approaches to strengthening the local economy with area-based integrated urban development. The aim of this call for tenders is the commissioning of a coordination office for the expert and scientific monitoring of BIWAQ from November 2026 up to and including March 2029 for 29 months. During this period, a maximum of 52 BIWAQ projects will be carried out. In summary, the tasks of the coordination office include: • Expert monitoring and advisory support for the maximum 52 BIWAQ VI projects • Monitoring and evaluation of the projects and assessment of programme implementation at overall programme level • Support with handling ad-hoc assignments • Preparation, conduct and follow-up of events • Accompanying public relations activities • Coordination meetings with the contracting authority
